Well I just couldn't stand this photo anymore: [link] So I went back out to Index, WA and reshot it, this time.
I did a little more research of this location, came up with this site: [link] check it out, its a good read. However, if you are lazy, basically it tells of the huge flood that happened in 2006 that caused a large portion of the road to simply wash out. estimates according to the website state that they might not be able to repair the road for another5 - 10 years.
